LIMITED WARRANTY SERVICES

Customer
shall register in our web site within 14 days of
purchase to receive this warranty service.
- This product is warranted to be
free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the
date of original purchase, except as noted below. During this period, we will
repair or replace the defective parts of this product, at our option, at no cost
to the purchaser of the product.
- The foregoing warranty is in lieu
of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral including
any warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

Any liability is expressly limited
to an amount equal to the purchase price paid, and all claims for special,
incidental and consequential damages are hereby excluded.

This warranty extends only to the
original consumer purchase and does not cover any defect resulting from abuse,
misuse, neglect, accidents, external destruction, alternation, modification, and
use for commercial purposes, or any use not in conformity with the printed
directions.
- All consumable parts are
excluded from the free warranty services liability. Examples includes but
not limited to the followings: soymilk filters, cutters, rice filter and all
filters, mesh-filters on the juicer, cutters and all passive elements
including cutters, container and barrels.

If you have a claim under this
warranty, please call our customer service number or log in your request at our
web site or email to our support staff first. Our employee may be able to help
you solve the problem over the phone or the Internet.
- Any replacement (on parts or the
whole unit) will require you to ship or deliver us the defect part(s)/unit first.
- The main service depots
are located Singapore, USA (North American), China (China and Hong Kong).
The company reserves the right to change the terms and
condition without prior notice.
