Three tips to choose a good
soy milk machine:
1. The taste should be as
good as or better than the off-the-shelve soy milk product. Look out for
machine using the latest
technology but not the
obsolete old technology. Most of the machines in the market come with
microprocessors but they vary in grinding power, liquid capacity, heating
program in a great way. Only the optimal combination of all will produce the
best taste of soy milk taste like commercial product.
2. Common complaint about the
soy milk machine is
hassle of washing. The
machine shall be easy to use and wash. The more bulky exposed heating
elements, the easier the machine will be stuck with sticky soy proteins that
is extremely difficult to wash. Bulky exposed heating and other
functional elements makes a heavier machine head which will again makes it
more difficult to handle and wash. Enjoy the process of making soy milk,
also, enjoy washing it.
3. Raw soy milk contains
toxic substances harmful to human body if soy milk is not well boiled. Using
a heating plate
at the bottom of the machine
heat the soy milk more evenly as heat goes up. Using heating elements at the
middle of the container may not heat the portion of the milk at the bottom
evenly.

If you choose the
"raw bean" mode, it is not required to pre-soak the beans for 8 hours.
You can simply drop in the dry bens and press the "ON" button. Even you
have pre-soaked the beans, you can still use the "raw bean" mode to
extract the soymilk. The taste of soymilk made from dry beans and
pre-soaked beans are similar.

The scorch and boil-over
protection sensors must be cleaned thoroughly. The filter cup needs to
be cleaned thoroughly, too. If the filter has been clogged up
seriously, please soak in warm water for couple of hours before you clean
again. The tips is always rinse the soybean residual off using cold tap
water immediately after making. But do not take off the filter as it is
still hot. Immerse it in the barrel and never leave it dry in the air
without cleaning. The earlier you clean them, the better. Do not immerse
the machine in water. Keep the machine head dry all the time.

You can reverse the cutter
blade and it will become like new. After you have reversed once and if you
find it necessary to get a new one, go to our web site or call in to buy the

The best way to clean is to
rinse off the soybean residuals immediately after the soymilk is done.
Brush the filter basket both at the side and bottom. Alternatively, soak the filter cup in the water
but never leave it dry in the air because soy milk contains a lot of protein
which will clog up the mesh.
Remember to wash the bean charge hole.
